Binational Advance Care Planning Workshop “Normalizing End-of-Life Conversations: Because Quality of Life Starts with Honest Conversations”
Please join us for a World Design Council San Diego Tijuana 2024 Dia de Muertos Celebration with a FREE workshop to normalize end-of-life conversations and empower individuals to make informed decisions about their care and treatment options.
Through educational outreach, we strive to create a forum for conversations about care and treatment options at the end of life.
We use these workshops to inform and empower those facing life-limiting diagnoses, guiding them through the physical, bureaucratic, emotional, and spiritual resources available.
By asking hard questions, actively listening to the responses, and presenting options, we aim to ensure everyone can access the care and support we deserve.
